Givens Highland Farms is a fully licensed Life Plan Community providing independent living and services for a complete healthcare continuum. We continue to celebrate more than 50 years of community and camaraderie by offering choices that enrich the lives of our residents.
Campus-Focused Facility
Residents can live in confidence that their more extensive care needs can be met on the same campus as their friends, spouse, or others who are part of their support network. The facility is managed with your quality of life in mind. Residents can enjoy private or semi-private suites with a person-centered focus of care.
Services Offered
Discharge planning services by a licensed social worker and physician visits and services with Medical Director oversight are always available. Short-term rehabilitation care, including pre-registration, is offered to residents. For your convenience, we schedule and provide transportation for medical appointments. There is ongoing resident wellness and health education programs.
