Fletcher Park Inn is owned and operated by Fletcher Academy, Inc. and is located on a 450-acre campus.  Our alcohol/tobacco-free campus is right across the street from AdventHealth, a 103-bed hospital and physicians’ offices/pharmacy. The Lelia Patterson Fitness Center, Captain Gilmer Elementary School, and Fletcher Academy are also a part of Fletcher Academy which celebrates over 100 years of Seventh-day Adventist centered Christian education. The high school students lift the spirits of our residents as they serve in the kitchen, dining room, housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds, working to earn their education at Fletcher Academy.

Enriching, Exciting Activities

Take a day trip to Gatlinburg or down the nearby Blue Ridge Parkway. Enjoy our “Fun in the Sun” activities where you and your friends can play one of many provided games while enjoying music and smoothies. Join us at our shuffleboard court for an afternoon of great fun. Get a taste of our local community restaurants through our “Out to Lunch Bunch”. Like to knit, sew, or crochet? Join our “Knit Wits” in the gazebo in the beautiful Fletcher Park Inn Park. Spend some time at the Lelia Patterson Fitness Center and become a 100-mile swimmer or learn the fastest growing game with retirees –pickleball. Enjoy one of the many cultural events of our area including theatre at the Flat Rock Playhouse or a concert at the well-known Brevard Music Center. In addition, we are located only ten minutes to the Asheville Regional Airport as well as shopping centers, dining, and  entertainment.

FLOOR PLANS: Villas with several floor plans from 1,200 to over 2,000 square feet

PRICING: There is a one-time non refundable Community Entrance Fee and a Residency License Fee that is 100% refundable after termination and reassignment. Contact the community for more details. Monthly Service Fee varies according to unit size and amenities. Ask about our limited rental units.
